Rebecca is very professional. She responds and completes items in a timely manner. I have worked with a lot of property managers over the decades as a renter and owner, and Rebecca is one of the best ones I’ve come across. I highly recommend her and the company she is with.

We never met the listing realtor personally. The property was shown to us by an agent, Kim Powers who we found out later does not work for Atlas Group. She was wonderful! The listing realtor was very cold and lacked customer service skills. All of my dealings with him gave the impression that he was not interested in or cared about renting the property. Further, the Rental Agreement was prepared incorrectly the first time and had to be revised to reflect the correct monthly lease amount.

I JUST WISH THAT PM WOULD FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE! NOT GOOD
