I have loved Atley- my home for 3 years. The office staff- Tracy and Erika always made Atley feel like home! I’ve always received immediate and thoughtful responses to any needs. This experience has been very positive from day 1. Any maintenance needs were always immediately addressed- not that there were many. The apartments and grounds are superior- as well as amenities, lots cation and we loved the efforts to have community gathering and fun surveys and rewards. I praise Atley to all I’ve come in contact with for recommendations on fabulous living environments.

The leasing office team were always so polite and professional. They even gave me advice on the move, something that I’ve never experienced having rented with other companies the last 15 years. Erika and David were pleasant to work with even through this hard transition.

Linda, Tracy, David, Erika and ALL the maintenance crew are awesome. They listen, and promptly take care of things. They go out of their way on other things making it feel like family.

I lived at Atley 3 years and found all employees courteous and helpful. I had but few requests and they were taken care of quickly. Linda and Tracy were super in a professional way and as friends. Dealing with so many tenants is a difficult task and they certainly need to be recognized and applauded for their exceptional work.I always cringed when I had to listen to voicemail. Certainly there are better voice choices that are pleasant and not irritating. I’m sure if you solicited other tenants and contractors they would say the same. It should be such an easy fix.Lastly I was taken by surprise with how the remaining payment due was handled. Understanding how this task doesn’t need to be added to the office personnel lists, I was appalled with this so called “Resident Advocate” process for final payments. I wanted to pay over the phone immediately using my bank account only to be told that would incur a $12 charge….Really?? I felt hounded with the calls that I received telling me about a collection agency if payment wasn’t received. I mailed a check and it took 2.5 weeks to be received and posted to my account. Maybe the post office or other practices in this inefficient office. Certainly a company like Fairfield has the resources to monitor this process and find a different way/company to handle final payment.Audrey Travis

The leasing office and maintenance staff were always a joy to communicate with (both online and in person). The community amenities were wonderful. The living situation, however, left much to be desired. Noisy neighbors and limited parking made it quite difficult to enjoy the neighborhood as a whole. The assigned parking space was too narrow and meant for a compact car only, which forced me to rent a garage space incurring additional fees.

Over the past five years, Communication and accessibility with Erika, Jamal, the office staff and maintenance staff has always been excellent. Not only do they listen but they also care enough And have responded in a better than timely manner.
