I really enjoyed living here. I like the view from my balcony. I love the staff members in the office. I just love it here.

The maintenance Team are terrific

My only concern are upstairs neighbors who don't have consideration for those who live below them. With the amount of past issues I've reported to the leasing office regarding extremely loud neighbors, I would have hoped they would have been more considerate of who they leased to over me. It's still loud, but I've given up reporting it and the only thing left for me to do is to move.

Family friendly environment, safety, Quality and staff

Parking is a major problem. Atley is advertised as a smoke-free community, but some residents do not abide by this. Residents with children need to be accountable for oversight of their children and noise expectations both in their apartment and while out in the community. Proper use of garages needs to be enforced—there are significant violations and safety issues related to garage use by some residents.
