My four yrs living there were very pleasant. The whole staff was incredibly helpful .

My satisfaction overall during all my tenancy long matters to me a lot. From resident advocate to maintenance and management everybody care about their job and always focus on making sure residents are satisfied. The customer service made me don’t want to leave the community. I was sad the day I was give the keys. 4+ years of living in there I felt like being home living there. My family and I were in peace for the most part. So big to the team at Atley on the greenway in Ashburn. I hope Managment take great care of you so you can keep delivering greatness to your residents...

I had an amazing time living here for 5 or so years. Thanks to the office staff, and service staff my stay was awesome.

Because everyone at the leasing office is so friendly and so helpful! I know that if I ever have a maintenance issue they will get it done that day!

Jamal, and everyone on the staff at Atley on the Greenway, were extremely nice and professional, from the day we signed our lease to the day we moved out of state. The apartment was beautiful and all of the appliances seemed brand new. We had no problems at all in our time living there, and met some fantastic neighbors.

When I initially called to let office know I would be moving someone (60 days before) told me that I did not need to call so early but instead needed to write email at (30 days). I did so and was later called by someone trying to tell me that I needed to have done it at 60 days. They also told me they would send out an email with move out procedures and an option to pay for a cleaning of the apartment to insure I would get deposit back. I wanted to do that option but I never received an email. When we called a day or two before move out the person said they didn’t need to send an email and didn’t mention the clean out service, just to leave the keys on the counter. I still hav still have not heard anything about how to get my deposit back and it has been over a month.

Pleasant experience overall. Staff was helpful when needed; Covid limited the use of amenities but that is life. Only one downside perhaps was the amount of dogs in the complex. Living we were, which was on the corner, had a fair amount of people and dog traffic. Barking and waste was fairly constant. But overall, we enjoyed our nine month stay at Atley and would recommend it to others.

I am just testifying about my leaving in ATLEY, during this last 5 years I thing that was with great teams and great place to live, clean, excellent staffs, office members taking care of clients, I never felt insecure in ATLEY, and really appreciate that, Please keeping doing as well as you are doing, Appreciative

The apartment is well maintained, leasing office staff, maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the parking spaces. They are tight for big SUV’s and the number of spaces available for visitors is low inside the complex. I would give the apartment a rating of 4.5, but can’t seem to add the 0.5 to the 4 above.
