Apartment leasing, move in and one month of living here so far - everything has been great. Christine has gone above and beyond to make sure our leasing experience and move-in went smoothly and minor maintenance issues were resolved quickly and professionally. Apartment is lovely, the deck is large, the amenities are inviting, and the grounds are beautiful.

Just signed our lease for year 3. We enjoy living at Atley. The apartments are very comfortable, modern, and well designed. The amenities are first class. The office and leasing staff from the first day we previewed Atley, have been very helpful, kind and most concerned with any of our needs. Very few work order requests have been needed but when a work order is placed, the maintenance staff are prompt, professional, and complete the task as needed. We specifically moved here for the non smoking and green environment. The current manager is the best with addressing any issues, enforcing the no smoking rule, and in keeping the property well groomed. She is also very attentive to the concerns of the residents and along with the staff plan fun resident activities The assistant manager is also very helpful, polite and attentive to any concerns. The location here is a busy area with restaurants and shopping so nice if one likes that sort of activity.

Stayed at Atley for about a year and two months as the original renter for one of the new apartments. The front office staff is really awesome and worked with me to fix any problems that I ever had with no hiccups. Couple complaints not necessarily in the apartment complex's control: - My building was closer to the Toll road and hearing the sirens of fire trucks and ambulances was a normal occurrence (every night pretty much) - When you look at the apartment you'll find that the place is wired with CAT5 throughout the apartment. This was a huge selling point for me but it hurt to find out that I had to actually put caps on the other end of the wire so they would work. I believe the Verizon tech quoted me at $35 per cap and there are about 10 in the apartment. Other than that, love the place :)
