I can say everything is perfect but tooo expensive for a one bed not worth it for the price offering and must to left at least should be a value or discount for those who live more than 2 years in the community.

It's been a great experience. Any minor troubles are always caused by other tenants, like not picking up after their dogs.

Renewal Pricing PolicyThe pricing structure for lease renewals feels unfair and lacks common sense. Existing tenants are charged higher rates to renew their lease in the same unit compared to moving to an identical floor plan on the same level for a lower price. This discrepancy, driven by the pricing algorithm, discourages loyalty and creates frustration. A more tenant-friendly approach to renewal pricing would be appreciated.Construction and Noise IssuesThe property suffers from very thin walls and poor construction quality. Noise from neighbors in adjacent units, as well as from the corridors and units above, is highly disruptive. Improved soundproofing or additional measures to reduce noise transfer would greatly enhance the living experience.

Felt very welcomed and loved the apartment complex, it’s safe, great amenities, beautiful playground/pool. And the staff was so friendly and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to move in!
