Neighbors are noisy. Hard stomping all night and the fire alarms are going off all the time. Also, the back gate is always broken. I wish there were more guest parking spots as well.

I can say everything is perfect but tooo expensive for a one bed not worth it for the price offering and must to left at least should be a value or discount for those who live more than 2 years in the community.

It's been a great experience. Any minor troubles are always caused by other tenants, like not picking up after their dogs.
