Renewal Pricing PolicyThe pricing structure for lease renewals feels unfair and lacks common sense. Existing tenants are charged higher rates to renew their lease in the same unit compared to moving to an identical floor plan on the same level for a lower price. This discrepancy, driven by the pricing algorithm, discourages loyalty and creates frustration. A more tenant-friendly approach to renewal pricing would be appreciated.Construction and Noise IssuesThe property suffers from very thin walls and poor construction quality. Noise from neighbors in adjacent units, as well as from the corridors and units above, is highly disruptive. Improved soundproofing or additional measures to reduce noise transfer would greatly enhance the living experience.

Felt very welcomed and loved the apartment complex, it’s safe, great amenities, beautiful playground/pool. And the staff was so friendly and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to move in!

People do what they want and do not respect the respective spaces reserved for the parking lot! There are plagues of cockroaches and they don't solve that

Not a good place to live if you have multiple cars, gates are pretty annoying and don’t keep anyone out. I’m guessing new property manager enforces rules that were never an issue the prior 4 years I lived there. Cameras up to enforce parking not for vehicle safety I’m sure. They’ll enforce parking inside the gates however in the back of the neighborhood on the back road where I am supposed to park my truck no one parks inside the lines making it impossible to get out and that’s not enforced.

My family and enjoyed our years living at Atley on the Greenway making a home for much longer than expected. Erika and her entire team made our living from beginning to end profoundly a wonderful experience there. From the beautiful surroundings to the daily life - we just can’t say enough about the staff and property.
