We moved to Atley when our daughter was just 2 months old, and then we had a son here after 18 months. Both of our kids had so much fun in the apartment complex. Luckily, we got the corner apartment with the best view of the play area, and they had so much fun playing there. The pool and other services are good too. We have lived in the apartment for 4 years and have never regretted even a single moment of living here. We shifted to the house as the kids are growing and need more space, but we will definitely miss this awesome and beautiful place. My kids used to love our walks near the pond area and seeing the fish. I must say the maintenance team is the best we have ever seen; issues get fixed so quickly. We moved to Atley in haste and never thought we would have such a good experience living here, especially for our kids.

Overall, A well-kept community and very attentive team members. I’d like to see renovations inside, including floors, blinds, etc. and appliances that are more energy efficient. Please also consider removing gas stoves given the health concerns from many well regarded healthcare experts. I understand there is a cost to each of these items however, given the steep rent price, this should be factored in. Thank you.
