Alex and Tony are the best maintenance men you could possibly ask for. They are truly a shining light of this community. They’re friendly, kind, and offer prompt service. I can’t say enough kind things about them.

Alex is amazing, above and beyond. I also appreciate how clean, beautiful and well-kept the grounds and pool area are at the Atrio.

Thank you for making sure your elevator was brought back into service quickly! Although I don't know exactly when it was fixed, the problem was resolved within 24 hours. I know our neighbors are thankful to have the matter resolved.

Thank you for so promptly pressure washing the outside bridge between the parking garage and building 2 and removing the urine in the affected area. I take great pride to call this community home and it's so wonderful the staff agrees.

My little emergency turned out not to be one because SUPERMAN ALEX came to my rescue like a bolt of lightening and he fixed the problem.I am and was GRATEFUL.Thanks Alex

They took care of the request the same day and they sent me an email saying the request has been completed, GREAT JOB!!

Tony came right away and was eager to do what he could to help me, even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. AC problem has been fixed for now, as it does seem likely the evaporator had ice built up. Unclear if due to low refrigerant, weak blower motor or if outdoor temperature conditions are to blame, i.e., the sunshine heats the apartment and initiates the AC but the actual temperature at evaporator isn’t hot enough to prevent freezing. After Tony added refrigerant and it was blowing very cold air with AC on (due to ice on evaporator) the airflow weakened again and stopped blowing any air (ice built back up) I turned off AC, and set the fan to blow air for 15 min every hour to help thaw out the system and that fixed it.
