The hot tub, especially now that we’re entering summer is getting cloudy and green. It might need a more often treatment with chlorine. Also there are less and less siting areas on the gazebo by the pool.

I enjoy living at the Atrio community. I’ve lived here since 2018 and have truly felt a sense of community. I really enjoy the new management—they do a great job with the upkeep of the apartments. Maintenance does an excellent job taking care of the buildings, and the cleaning crew is extremely kind and ensures the community stays clean.My only concern is the constant increase in rent. Since I first moved in, my rent has increased by over $1,000, yet my unit remains outdated. To receive an upgraded unit, I would need to move into a new one at nearly double the cost. I have also always paid my rent on time and have never been late, and I feel that Atrio should take that into consideration before raising rent on loyal, long-term tenants who have maintained their units in great condition.I truly hope these increases do not continue, as I would like to stay at Atrio and make it my home for a little while longer.

Events that took place such as gift wrapping, Halloween costume contest, complimentary breakfast, etc. were very well organized and fun to be part of.Living in the front towards the gate is noisy; neighbors play loud music while driving and make loud noise when being picked up or dropped off before 6 am or after 11 pm.

Living at Atrio was quite secure but almost too regimented for my overall comfort. Too many rules that were being being ignored because of obvoous resident non-compliance.
