It would be nice to get an email fi the request has been approved and scheduled. I got an email that the request was being reviewed but nothing after that. I just happen to be home when suddenly the maintenance technician showed up.

Ashley, the manager was an absolute joy every time we were in contact. The maintenance team are also a major part of this property working well. They all deserve a raise if you ask me. The cleaning can be more consistent and often. Especially with the increase of pets and people who don’t seem to care about how the outside properties look.
