It would have been helpful if the technician advised me that I need to drain some water with the new water filter before drinking. I started drinking water and it tasted weird then I checked the internet and it said to drain some water 1st before drinking.

Thank you for making sure your elevator was brought back into service quickly! Although I don't know exactly when it was fixed, the problem was resolved within 24 hours. I know our neighbors are thankful to have the matter resolved.

Thank you for so promptly pressure washing the outside bridge between the parking garage and building 2 and removing the urine in the affected area. I take great pride to call this community home and it's so wonderful the staff agrees.

My little emergency turned out not to be one because SUPERMAN ALEX came to my rescue like a bolt of lightening and he fixed the problem.I am and was GRATEFUL.Thanks Alex
