They took care of the request the same day and they sent me an email saying the request has been completed, GREAT JOB!!

Tony came right away and was eager to do what he could to help me, even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. AC problem has been fixed for now, as it does seem likely the evaporator had ice built up. Unclear if due to low refrigerant, weak blower motor or if outdoor temperature conditions are to blame, i.e., the sunshine heats the apartment and initiates the AC but the actual temperature at evaporator isn’t hot enough to prevent freezing. After Tony added refrigerant and it was blowing very cold air with AC on (due to ice on evaporator) the airflow weakened again and stopped blowing any air (ice built back up) I turned off AC, and set the fan to blow air for 15 min every hour to help thaw out the system and that fixed it.

It would be nice to get an email fi the request has been approved and scheduled. I got an email that the request was being reviewed but nothing after that. I just happen to be home when suddenly the maintenance technician showed up.
