Atrio gave us a beautiful home, and we are so thankful for our time spent here! We loved being here. Our one issue is that doors are constantly being left open (the doors when you walk across the bridge, or on the first floor that takes you straight up to the 4th floor) and that takes away the aspect of safety for us. If it is a fob building, those doors should be kept closed. We also never had the option to change the locks, and these apartment doors are some of the unsafest, because anyone can easily pick the lock. It would have been so nice to feel more secure with the doors.

This is the second time this has happened. I am not happy that my AC keeps going out. I need this to be fixed ASAP. I don’t find this very professional of a place that charges so much for rent.

They were very nice and helpful in explaining the situation to me. Overall very happy and satisfied!

There seems to be an ongoing problem with my toilet clogging up. It’s a new toilet but the problem is starting again. I am not flushing anything unusual in the toilet.

The maintenance tech was amazing and was able to identify the issue quickly and resolve the problem.

Tony arrived ready to unclog the toilet. He came within minutes of submitting the request and had the necessary tools. He was very pleasant and was able to fix the issue quickly. Great experience!
