Nothing. I should have been out years ago. I do want to say that the customer service was exceptional. I locked my unit open on more than one occasion, the staff locked it and notified me. Never had an issue.Save money.

Before moving and after moving, my storage unit was no longer needed for personal use. I never had any issues nor thoughts about the security of my personal items before, during, and afterwards at the location I had chosen. I also had previous usage of storage experience at the location without ANY issues! I also like the APD rest area within the building, another plus for using this storage unit! Kudos to all at the location!!!!

All was great. No down fall on ATX end. Very happy with the service.Could not afford to keep paying my storage.
