I knew what my Mitsubishi needed and they didn't attempt to hard-sell any additional parts or serviced.I believe them to be an honest, reputable dealer.

naPlease see the other explanation about this.Called Liz twice and never received a call back if the replacement parts ordered were in so I can schedule an appointment. When I finally received an appointment (not from her) I had to change it due to inconvenience. The day of my appointment Liz wasn't at her desk and I delt with another person. When Liz did appear I told her I had tried calling her twice with no call back and her response was that I was probably on her "long" list of call backs because everyone wants to get their vehicles in before the holidays. This was not a good response as someone who works with the public and making appointments her main priority should have been to call those who have called her that day. I understand the busyness of the day but at some point there should have been call backs the same day.

My salesperson Albert Lopez wase the best l have ever dealt with.. He was very knowledgeable and so was Scott., who took me thru all the bells and whistles of my new car. They are the best all around guys and Atzenhoffer are lucky they work for them.Helpful and very accommodating to my needs after my accident in locating me a car and obtaining financial at a great rate.
