New tyres fitted and the low tyre pressure light came on 10mins after leaving the garage. The mechanic had forgotten to reset tje tyre pressure gauge after putting on the new tyres.

Working in the car trade I normally buy from my own company however with limited availability on what I wanted I looked elsewhere. I found a stunning white A5 on Lookers Hamilton site and started the car purchase journey. In less than 1 hour of my enquiry John had sent me over a citnow video of the car, long story short the car failed its 149 Safety Check. John again made the experience so easy, explained everything about my roadside etc. The sales manager also came and introduced himself to personally thank me for my business (always a nice touch). The reveal was a 1st time experience for me, it was honestly next to none, John didn't rush me, he aloud me to take my time getting a video and pictures etc. Went over all controls and wished me well on my way.5 star customers satisfaction from me.
