Car not washed

Scott was very helpful, explained everything and showed us a vehicle that was not for sale, but had the level of trim we were looking at.

The valet wasn’t a thorough as I’d have hoped.. there were bits of paper that I’d forgotten about down the dudes if the seats and they weren’t removed. In normal times, these would’ve been bagged and left in the car - but it was clearly just a couple of bits of tat. An improvement would be to make sure the valet is top class as this is what I would have expected fro Audi.

Unable to fix fault as part required was unavailable. A new appointment has been booked. Also my car did not receive a valet and wash due to staffing even although it was booked in at 10.15am and not collected till 4.45pm. So overall the appointment was a waste of time.

Salesperson John was excellent and very helpful. Test drove a Mazda which was lovely but purchased an Audi at another dealer only because you did not have the exact vehicle in stock
