The sales experience was excellent. I made initial contact with Jason in Ayr branch as previously bought a TT from there and he guided me through my options. The vehicle I wanted was in Hamilton branch, so arranged a visit to view the car. Grant took my enquiry at Hamilton branch and guided me through the sale with no probs. There was a few issues with the car the day I picked it up. The rear interior windscreen brake light fell off when driving home from dealership. I arranged to pop back in to have it fixed on the Saturday morning. At this stage I hadn’t actually saw the car in daylight (car was on axle stands on first view as wheels being refurbed and hadn’t been valeted). Unfortunately it couldn’t be repaired and had to return again on the following Wednesday to drop it off. There were a number of scratches on the vehicle (acceptable given it was 4 years old but would have liked them touched up before I picked the car up), the OFR tyre had a gouge out of it and the valeting when I picked it up initially wasn’t great (parts done in the interior and other parts not done, these were shown to the service manager Ryan on the Saturday I dropped the car in for the repair). On the way to the garage on the Saturday, the drivers mirror fell off. The brake light was ordered and also needed a new rear windscreen to bond the new brake light on to for works to be carried out on the following Wednesday. The mirror was replaced on the Saturday I arrived at the dealership and Ryan was excellent. The tyre was replaced as requested. Arrived on the Wednesday morning and the car wasn’t booked in with service dept? No problems and got sorted out and was given a courtesy car. On picking the car up tonight, the car was still not valeted due to staff being off with covid. Given the car had been there for 6 days I’d have thought they would have valeted it or at least finished off what they started. Overall, happy with the service received from Grant in sales and the aftercare service in resolving these issues was fantastic. Just unfortunate there were one or two issues after the sale that weren’t picked up before the car went out. I will organise to get the scratches touched up myself and get the inside of the car valeted. Love my new car and delighted to be driving it again.

As usual Lewis the service adviser was phenomenal from start to finish, Jodie the service manager also deserves a pat on the back for being amazingly helpful and customer focused

I dealt with John Murray. He was very helpful and was able to get me exactly what I wanted and kept me updated.I was also very impressed when I picked up the car - when cover came off it was like a brand new car! I will definitely be back!

Only downfall was I slipped on ice under a puddle, obviously no body would have saw the ice, downfall was no one put grit or salt in it, leaving the issue to possibly happen again. But the service was fantastic.
