To ensure vehicles that is of a different manufacturer to be serviced, checked and ensure there are no issues with the vehicles they sell. Vehicle that I have bought is beautiful, unfortunately a few things that let it down is the fact that a week later it requires a disc and pads service which I was told is done but it isn’t, as the brakes squeal very badly and very loudly. Have been in contact, but extremely disappointed as I have had no contact back to further assist in getting this resolved. If this can be done, this rating will be a 5* from me

Yes, I was looking for a B8 RS4, I was informed there was none in the group fitting my requirements, however a day or two later, I sourced one in Stirling Audi, only to find out it Sold the previous day. I would have bought this.

I dealt with Mr Ryan Mcgilligan his service was excellent he sent me a video of the car that i have purchased from you. My dealings with Ryan very good what i like about Ryan was he he thinks out side the Box we had a problem with Audi finance because we don’t live in Scotland but we live in Essex the paper work didn’t come over we had a bite of a problem so he got in touch with one of your Lookers dealership and i was able to sign the paperwork and they kindly sent it to Ryan

I didn't visit the Hamilton Branch, but as ever the Audi representative "John Murray" was extremely helpful, from my first enquiry to sending a video of the car in question and subsequent follow up conversations.Your team as ever is extremely professional and helpful and I am glad to be back driving an Audi, albeit bought from another Audi dealer garage, (however this was just due to personal requirements.)
