The process of buying a new car went very smoothly and staff went out of their way to reassure me that all safety precautions were followed in preparing my car

Sent in a query about a car and within half an hour I was presented with a video and overview of the car (even though it was pouring down) followed up with an email and phone call to ensure I was happy with the information and an open offer for any extra information if I required.

Always found lookers to be polite informative and helpful staff always very good to deal with ,COVID has brought a new dynamic to all businesses, and I have say that this was dealt with very well at the branch a well thought out process which made me feel comfortable in the knowledge that it had been so well done always good to be in safe hands well done keep up the good work excellent job

The service I received from Audi Hamilton was second to none. Michael spent time with me trying to find the right car and the right deal for me. He was patient when I was unsure and didn’t push for me to make a quick decision. Due to an earlier poor experience I nearly did not return to Audi but Michael definitely turned this around and I will return to him in the future.

Overall, excellent experience. The only negative (which is not reflected in the score as it would be unfair) is that as someone who was shielding, I was told my car couldn’t be dropped off at my house. It was picked up from my house and whilst I appreciate the current pandemic made 1) it impossible for me to go pick my car up and 2) not possible for you to drop it off, it did cause a lot of panic. I managed to get someone else to pick it up in the end
