Excellent service in repairing my car from start to finish keeping me up to date. The only thing that could have made my experience better would be in receiving a courtesy car as it was an inconvenience trying to arrange a lift to and from the garage. Thanks again

GENERALLY GOOD BUT SOME CONTACT WITH THE SERVICE STAFF TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE FAULTS WERE AND OFFER OPTIONS ETC, WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL IE NOT JUST RELYING ON THE VIEDO. THE SOUND DIDN'T WORK FOR ME EITHER. OVEERALL VERY GOOD JUST A PROBLEM WHEN i WAS UPLIFTING MY CAR, AS I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS READY AND IT WASN'T. THE CAR WAS SUBSEQUENTLY DELIVERED TO ME AT HOME AND I RECEIVED A SMALL GIFT BAG, WHICH WAS APPRECIATED.
