Brilliant service

Booking my car in for a service was very straightforward. Staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly when I dropped my car off. I was notified by text when my car was ready for pickup and had received a health check on my vehicle prior to this. Thankfully, no issues or surprises! When I arrived at the showroom, I was taken through the work undertaken to my vehicle and was given an invoice by email. I was shown to my vehicle and asked if I was happy with the valeting carried out. I usually request that my car not be washed, but on this occasion I did request a wash. The paintwork looked immaculate and the valeters even went to the bother of dressing the tyres for me. Little things matter! An almost full bottle of screen wash was left in the boot, which is something that isn’t normally done in my experience. The reservoir had been topped up from the same bottle. GOOD JOB!
