Already emailed Audi direct re the fantastic service I received on the day. The public facing young chap and lady were super friendly, efficient, respectful, well presented as is the whole showroom etc. not what I was used to at Mercedes. The technician was loud, clear and detailed. Can only praise. Audi are far superior than Mercedes imo. Super impressed

n/a My vehicle had a diagnostic test carried out (specifically in respect of Alternator). I was verbally advised that test showed Alternator was okay. When I picked up vehicle, I enquired if I would receive written confirmation of test/result, and was told technician would email said info. No information was sent until I emailed your company. Unfortunately the info sent stated the following which makes no sense. "Carried out diagnostic into Alternator providing a low voltage. Carried out tests and found alternator". I have emailed your company and also the person who was dealing with me, as I requested an updated sales invoice which clearly shows that Alternator test was carried out and is operating satisfactorily. I am yet to receive any response, which is disappointing.
