Very professional from start to finish

Everything just went so smoothly. I was shown the new dashboard and control differences between the new car and my previous car and had all my preferences set up for me.

Great customer service.I was updated on the progress of my service throughout the morning and my car was delivered back to me.

I received excellent customer service from Dale when ordering my car and even when I had to make changes with the order he was very helpful and dealt with everything so the ordering process went smoothly.

It would have been 5 stars but I’m still waiting on Rory posting out my spare car key (when I collected my car two and a half weeks ago he only gave me one key and promised to organise recorded delivery for the spare).

The layout was slightly confusing. I think it could be made to look simpler and more easily understandable. I had to read things a couple of times to try and make sure I understood what it was saying.The initial part of my experience was not as good as expected. Although checking in online and having been phoned the previous day to confirm mileage etc it took too long when arriving to get things sorted. The courtesy car had not been washed and was filthy, not what I expect from Audi. Thankfully Jack, who I was meant to be dealing with but he wasn’t available when I arrived, took over and was very good at keeping me updated and ensuring my car was all sorted and cleaned well. He was a pleasure to deal with, not so much the person I dealt with when I initially arrived.

Relatively simple to use.Met at reception and checked in for the minor repair, good customer service all round and also got to chat with Dale who helped with my purchase back in November, was good to speak with him again.
