Service hassle free, no issues, very clean car returned

I gave an excellent rating because it is. I had no trouble at all checking in and it saves time both for Audi and myself. So often when it’s a phone line, it is busy and you are placed in a queue, sometimes not knowing where you are in that queue, and the wait feels interminable! On line checking in is easy and negates the problems that can be encountered when phoning. Everything was very good from start to finish with Audi Hamilton. I was kept advised throughout of what was happening with my car via texts and videos. Area of concern, which were few thankfully, were highlighted to me by video and also in writing at the end of my Service. The waiting area was very comfortable and coffee and tea were made available to me during my wait.

Quick & easy handover at my local retailer. Everyone we spoke to in the showroom was polite and efficient.

The staff were very helpful and offered test drives if I wanted to explore options.

Service was good but had to wait 10 days before I could pick it up because I found out it was a demo model.

I was very happy with the handover by both Dale, Salesman and David, Sales Manager. The car was immaculately presented, and Dale ran through the functions on the car and explained everything thoroughly.
