I used the online service to book my car in as it was being picked up and returnedThe service was first class my car got picked up on time and I was kept updated and sent a link to see my car getting it’s serviceAlso I was kept informed when my car would be returned also my car was absolutely immaculate when returned

Initial fault (parking sensor repair) was well catered for, albeit - availability to attend was limited. Earliest appt was 4 weeks out, which I had to cancel due to work, a further 3-4 weeks for next opportunity.Also, a secondary matter which was communicated prior to visit (changing socket cap cover failing to release) was not rectified, will require a further attendance.

Booking my car in for a service was very straightforward.Staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly when I dropped my car off.I was notified by text when my car was ready for pickup and had received a health check on my vehicle prior to this. Thankfully, no issues or surprises!When I arrived at the showroom, I was taken through the work undertaken to my vehicle and was given an invoice by email.I was shown to my vehicle and asked if I was happy with the valeting carried out.I usually request that my car not be washed, but on this occasion I did request a wash.The paintwork looked immaculate and the valeters even went to the bother of dressing the tyres for me. Little things matter!An almost full bottle of screen wash was left in the boot, which is something that isn’t normally done in my experience. The reservoir had been topped up from the same bottle.GOOD JOB!
