Although the service was not working when i tried to book - i was instantly given a number to call where the gentleman who answered was very helpful and apologised for the system not working. The ease of being able to check in before hand on the day and then hand the keys in to reception saved a lot of time.Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff, professional service along with an easy booking process, overall a pleasant experience
