The guys were very good at explaining the complications with the PCP arrangements and the car features. The manager David was especially patient at discussing any concerns we had.The only frustration I had was when I phoned in to the garage before I collected the vehicle to enquire on a couple of issues I quite often did not get a return call and had to call again. However this was relatively minor to the overall experience
