The overall process and information provided on booking and during visit was above satisfactory The service was undertaken quickly and efficiently. Audi just says professionalism..I asked if it were possible for team yo look at my mmi radio equipment..when radio plays the cd cover of artists singing sometimes comes on on screen and there's days it doesn't ..I sent email to service department but got car back and heard nothing about radio
