As above in the first box. I also have cancelled my service direct debit so I will not have my car serviced with you.When I took the car in I had to wait in the freezing cold for over 10 minutes, even though there was half a dozen staff in and they new I was waiting. The reason I was a little earl I had a school run to do and all I needed to do was hand my car key and my name in which would have taken one person a minute to do.
