Don’t ask repeatedly if I’d like the car to have a complimentary wash and hoover, with me saying ‘yes please’ repeatedly then return it unwashed and unhoovered. You had the car for 2 days, you had time!

Tyres were not in stock. so I had to arrange for another garage to source these and book in with another garage to fit.Complimentary wash and hoover was offered when i booked car in and mentioned on video but not carried out.Too late to discuss this not being completed as priority was contacting alternative garages to source tyres.

I had asked for the back washer to be looked at as it’s stopped working and was told I would need to pay an extra £140 for a diagnostic and then a further sum for it to then be fixed on top of the £200 I was already paying for my service
