Grant Hutchinson was a great help at the Audi Hamilton branch and sales rep for Audi, he made our whole experience excellent and didn’t feel pushed into a sale like most car salesmen, he was very helpful and got us the best deal possible! Buying the current Audi was a good experience and salesman John and the complaint agent really went out the way to help me due to my unsatisfactory experience I previously had with Lookers HamiltonAlso the sales part and customer is really good, I do find the after care service a bit disappointment, due the fact that I have constant issues with my old car and found you were not willing to help until I had raised a complaint. I find having to wait 3 months to get my car in, for someone to look at any fault, completely unsatisfactory and extremely dispointing and the fact I had to raise a complaint at all for someone help me isn't great customer service or experience with your companyHowever the service I did receive after that was better, however I hope it wasn't due to fact l raised a complaint,I am still bitterly disappointed on the fact that it cost me 1800 to fix my last car that I only had a year , just hope the new car i have doesn't have any further issues.Still unsure if I will continue to use lookers to service and MOT my cat in the future due to poor service I received from my last car

My car was in for a service in January, I then got a message on my vehicle stating brake fluid service due and that was March. If I had known I would have had the brake fluid replaced at the time of my service in January to save a double journey.

We met Dale at Audi Hamilton who we both felt did a good job and was very helpful all-round although the car we were looking at wasn’t for us. Disappointed that we’re still chasing a deposit refund as at 13/4.

Excellent Experience from start to finish, Grant Hutchinson was a delight to deal, always extremely polite and very prompt in responding to all my questions. On the day of collecting the car, he went out his way to make me feel welcome and went over the whole car very comprehensively with me and it was very clear he knew the product inside out.
