Ryan McGilligan was very helpful in providing information about the car and about finance. He has a pleasant manner and he was patient in answering our questions.The only problem was that the mat for the boot was for an Audi A3 hatchback and we purchased an Audi A3 saloon.

Staff excellent.During service/mot, it was noted that front brake pads had worn to 6mm, with a recommendation to replace. I agreed for these to be done, but unfortunately the pads were not in stock. I thought that was rather odd, given that these are common parts.
