First visit wasn’t with the best with Darren bud once Rebecca took over everything was perfect

I would specifically thank Rebecca Spicer for her assistance, thoughtfulness and support throughout the process.

Initially purchased the car with an approved Audi warranty from Hamilton Audi. In just over 7 months ownership, the car was back in the Garage with a parking sensor fault. Audi Ayr advised that this would not be covered by warranty and the cost to repair was circa £550. I contacted Audi Hamilton who agreed to fix the problem free of charge if I returned the vehicle to them.I then booked the car into Audi Hamilton for an oil change in February 2023 and requested that they look at a intermittent wiring fault with the rear tail light. I was again advised that this would not be covered by the approved warranty. After further discussion with the sales team (who advised that I would have 1 years worry free motoring with the approved warranty, "It's just like buying a brand new car" they said when I purchased the car), Audi Hamilton then agreed to carry out the repair free of charge if I could return the vehicle to them the following week.I love the car and I am happy with the eventuall outcome on both occasions but it does leave a slighty bitter taste due to te inconvenience caused.Reagards,David Telford

Determining my own car trade in value seemed to be a very rigid pre-determined process with little or no room for manoeuvre. We could have done the whole exercise by email.

Can never get courtesy car

I was so impressed by the efficient and professional service I received recently. Everything from the booking, car collection, to the service, and service updates I cannot fault a thing. My car was dropped back promptly lovely and clean which was fantastic. Delighted with Audi Hamilton and would highly recommend to all.

John was great, he looked after me from start to finish. From choosing a car to the paperwork including finance, road tax, changing my registration etc

Service plan was great. Did not receive video. However main issue came with - I also asked team to look at front seat as is not holding correctly in place. I then return to pick car up with no communication from dealership to then be told “Can’t find anything wrong” so not done anything.Very disappointed that this has not been fixed. Also disappointed I did not get a call before returning to dealership even asking for more information about the fault. Feel like I have just been fobbed off.
