Service plan was great. Did not receive video. However main issue came with - I also asked team to look at front seat as is not holding correctly in place. I then return to pick car up with no communication from dealership to then be told “Can’t find anything wrong” so not done anything.Very disappointed that this has not been fixed. Also disappointed I did not get a call before returning to dealership even asking for more information about the fault. Feel like I have just been fobbed off.

Excellent service. Very pleased with free valeting after service. Service plan already taken out on prior visit for 2nd and 3rd services.Staff polite and friendly. Video was interesting and welcomed. Enjoyed the coffee whilst waiting for service completion.

I hope to come back and continue looking for a car here. Unfortunately some unfortunate family circumstance had to put this on pause. Megan is a fantastic sales person, so kind, helpful and made me feel at ease and well informed during my visit.
