Overall happy with service however slightly disappointed by timescales involved with resolving issue. i was made aware that there was a significant backlog of works due to festive period however repair took 6 weeks.

I just want to say that the service by Emma was fantastic. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Have to say I was a bit stressed because I had to leave my car longer thank expected ( completely my fault as a tyre was illegal ) and I was due to be at another meeting. Emma was very kind, calm and considered as I was trying to find a solution ( which was very obviously to get a taxi !) anyway Emma was so lovely to me and very helpful. Great customer service and I would like her to know how much this is appreciated. Thanks to the Hamilton team all round too.

I would like to thank Graeme Searl for helping us to book our car in initially and then the friendly and helpful service we received thereafter. On arrival at the garage to drop off my car, the girls at reception were very friendly and then I met Graeme who dealt with everything in a quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained and we were dealt with in a professional maner.

Service is great , only issue is the car will need to come back in as it has another warning light on. This came on the day after I collected the car
