Great experience from initial communication to the test drive, negotiation and then collection of the car. Salesman Darren Lafferty was a pleasure to deal with and very attentive. He was very helpful and even called a week after taking the car away to make sure all was ok. It always feels risky buying a used car but I believe that should anything go wrong in future they would be quick to rectify this. In summary I had a very good experience.

Car was quite dirty inside with large mud stains on drivers side plastics and carpet mat, my car was not in this dirty condition when it was booked in. Otherwise was very pleased with the overall experience at Lookers Hamiltion Audi.
