Very good experience from start to finish

Great service only issue would be when calling would prefer not to be held holding for more than 5 mins

The staff at Lookers are very helpful and actually look after their customers would highly recommend using them if your in market for Audi or need one serviced.

I waited ten weeks for a service slot which is excessive.

My car was not valeted after I was told it was going to be. The engineer (or someone at Audi) switched off the hill assist function as well and I did not notice until the journey home.

I was introduced to Ryan by a very helpful manager Peter who had got back to me within 24 hours with proposals that worked out great, Ryan then did everything for me and kept in contact, just what you want, in about 10 days (my choice) I picked up my stunning car and a courtesy audi brolly was nice, perfect service and great staff here, I asked to see a new model and it was no trouble to Ryan to ablige, if you want an audi go to these guy's, I don't think you will go far wrong

Nothing is a problem & Audi Hamilton are a great example of a well oiled Team ( no pun intended) 👍
