I was happy with the dealership but extremely unhappy with the Audi brand. I ordered car in January and was given a a date of week 24 to receive the car. This was changed to week 19 and then moved to week 26. The I received an email with a letter attached and I contacted you to be told it would likely be week 40. When I contacted you later on I was told the build had not started. I received further communication stressing that you could not give me a date of when I would receive the car. However, Rebecca and your stock controller went out of their way and managed to source a cancelled order on a different colour which I accepted. As I said I was delight with the service from Rebecca but not from the Audi brand.

Booking experience was poor. When originally booking, first agent did not record one requested item and would appear not to have recognised need for another. Emailed Jobcard did not include requested item; Call to local number resulted in two agents passing the buck to third 'who was on another call and would call me back'. Waited one hour for callback. Phoned and requested her. 'Was about to call' When told her about missing item, she advised car should not have been booked in on a Friday as technicians finish early. Subsequent text to say brake fluid change was also required. Collection, work and in-progress including requested item and return were all fine.Along with others, have always considered Edinburgh Audi of low standard (for many 15+ years). Hope Hamilton is not going the same way.
