A short video clip of work actually being carried out on your car would be welcome by customers in my opinion

I'm concerned that the video and inspection info stated front discs where warped and required work urgently as did rear tyre this was marked as irreparable.When I asked at reception I was told discs where not required and the tyre would need to be fixed at Kwick Fit.I'm concerned that engineers report has not been acted on.I have been advised that Kwick Fit should have been called out to yourselves when you had car there and they would have fixed tyre.Should you not have contacted mobility regarding these repairs

Email I received to confirm my booking had a black back ground and was difficult to down load and see content.Service advisor and technician was excellent.advisor understood my requirements and technician video was clear and understanding. All required work was done in a day which was good.
