Excellent friendly service. Quality control on damage could do with being a little better as car will need to come back to have a damaged rear bumper repaired.

Grant was brilliant to deal with .The condition of the car was disappointing when we came to collect in that the valet wasn’t as good as neither we or Grant expected . Stone chip to bonnet too all which Grant is taking care of but disappointing nonetheless .

I was having real trouble getting the MyAudi link working, I tried a couple of times, but the ladies in Hamilton had it working and ready for when I picked up the car, brilliant!
