Setting up Audi Connect was impossible! Thought it might have been set up before hand over.Still not working!10/10 for John Murray who is so helpful and professional.

Excellent customer service. Good variety of models to choose from. Very helpful with letting us choose and test drive the vehicle of our choice. No pressure to buy from anyone. The attention to detail for our car of choice was excellent. There was no problem with attending to small details with the car we chose. We would definitely recommend them.

Graeme Searl was really helpful and attentive when I booked my car in. I was very grateful to be provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the time my car was in the garage. The job was completed in good time and relevant updates were provided by helpful and pleasant staff.

very straight forward process!

Service was great and Kelly who I spoke was very helpful.When I collected the car there was a small dent in the interior next to the gear stick and scratches on the drivers side next to the pedals which weren't there before. Also a small dent on the alloy wheel drivers side rear as the tyre had to be changed. These are small things but annoy me as I like to take care of my vehicle and they all affect price when it comes to selling.Kind RegardsChris Sterrick

My car was in for repair after ‘breakdown’, the service team were great keeping me up to date and completed the repair earlier than expected working over part of the Jubilee holiday period, great effort and outcome.Rory was particularly helpful.

John is great. Excellent customer service from beginning of Audi journey to the end. Kept me informed at each stage of what was going on. Clear on what all the options were. Highly recommend.
