Salesman that sold me vehicle left or was sacked i am unsure but i was not informed leaving me with no contact and a vehicle needing work that he was supposed to be contacting me about, thankfully it was still dealt with after I contacted the dealership. paintwork on car was a mess of swirl marks and an area of burnt through paint that i did not notice when i picked up vehicle as it was wet, repairs have however been carried out and car is working

I was offered a service plan at the point of purchase .Staff at service and in particular Scott Simpson in Sales were brilliant.During the booking process staff weren’t customer friendly when I questioned the cost of the hire car during the service however when I visited Hamilton Audi for the service absolutely no issues and no charge for hire car brilliant!! Well done
