For lookers Hamilton, could I suggest a working laptop bench with stools so people can work and wait. Currently there are no power sockets suitable when waiting for the vehicle

The purchase and trade in went well. I was very impressed with salesperson, Ryan McGilligan. I may still have a warranty issue to resolve as one of the 2 smart keys is intermittently failing to open the car but I am sure it will be resolved toMy satisfaction

1. No issues with booking and indeed sales receptionist was nice, warm and friendly, (Jane?)2. Observation - why would technician advise changing all four tyres when the tread on them was double the legal limit i.e. tyres ranged from 3.7 - 3.9 and legal limit is 1.6???.3. Picking up vehicle was seamless, well done to Deputy Service Manager Graham for meeting with me and going over the completed work. Nice and effective customer service.

Great service from the garage and communication from Kelly Little throughout day. Car was in for a recall and 4 tyres were replaced. No damage to rims. Well looked after.

Scott Simpson was very helpful and presented a host of options to myself. I made my intentions clear that my budget was lower than list price and I would need to consider the car in more depth before any commitment and Scott was very understanding of this and still took the time to walk me through various details - much appreciated.
