I had to chase up to find out if my car was ready for collection. Not enough communication to keep me updated other than the video, but no call to say I could come and get the car.

The salesman Steven was excellent, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the car wasn’t for me but I would have gladly purchased the car had it been different.

My original booking was cancelled due to covid, I was told someone would be in touch to get me re-booked, it never happened and I had to call back 3 times before it was re-booked as I kept getting told someone will be in touch, abysmal customer service as far as communication goes

Tried to book car in for its mot young man said he would get back to me with a date never got back to me. Called back again young lady said she would look in to it and get me a date still waiting for the call . Took my car to another garage for its mot /then booked my car in for a service got a date the next week and then find out I should have got a free mot . Is this the reason I never got a date for mot / can someone please explain or do I go else where when my current deal ends.

As this was our first time buying from a dealership I found the whole experience hassle free. John Murray our salesman was friendly and helpful took us one step at a time no pressure. Our experience was that good we came back a week later and bought another A4. I can't praise the dealership enough I would certainly recommend lookers Audi .
