Unfortunately this was the 3rd time my car was in with this issue. The guy at Hamilton was great as he squeezed me quickly because of this.I was a little disappointed my car didn’t get a little clean afterwards.

The online pre book in service was really good & made the initial visit very smooth. The video I received was informative.I am unsure if availability is reduced due to the pandemic, but if I had wanted to use the pick up & drop off service I would have a further 6 week wait for my appointment. Maybe this could be more widely available.

My booking was for 1pm and I understood this is when my car would be looked at. However when I dropped it off I was told as I was the last person to drop my car off that day mine would be the last looked at and it wasn’t available to pick up until 5pm. I think this could be made clearer at the time of booking - ie you are booking a drop off time, not an appointment time.

It was wonderful to get my car back, although organising somebody to take me there to collect my car (with COVID) was not easy. Having an issue with my key fob, did worry me, but I received a ‘phone call from Hamilton Audi that cleared up, the problem, & I was able to buy and install new batteries from my local job

The young that was dealing with me was polite and very nice

New tyres fitted and the low tyre pressure light came on 10mins after leaving the garage. The mechanic had forgotten to reset tje tyre pressure gauge after putting on the new tyres.
