My car was returned to me without all of the services I paid for being rendered. I caught that my tires had not been rotated and had to wait a 2nd time for the service to be completed. Since the service, I have been having issues with my car that I never experienced prior yo bring my car to this establishment.

The only issue was that the tires were rotated (which I didn't find out about until I was checking out at ~7PM after being there since 11:30). There is supposed to be a note not to rotate those since they are after market wheels. Now, they scrape when we turn slightly sharply and I will have to make another trip up there to get them rotated back and then re-aligned again. Since it was so late on my first visit, I knew there was no way to get it corrected then. I told my service advisor (who was very nice and helpful through the entire day) after he told me that they had been rotated as a "bonus" service, but he had not idea that they should not have been rotated. It is just a pain to drive all the way back up there to have this done, but I will be sure a note is made this time...
