Given the number of vehicles I've purchased and directly impacted the purchase of from Jim Ellis dealerships in the past 4 years, it's disappointing that I still have to go through the kind of buying experience I had with this car. I keep coming back to Audi Atlanta because in enjoy working with Sandkar, but the nature of the negotiating process, with both trade value and purchase price, leads me to believe there is no value or appreciation for customer loyalty. When I come in, I'm going to buy a car. last year I negotiated on a new R8 V8 for several days before finally paying more for a V10 at another dealership because it represented a better value and I made the deal in less than an hour. I've since bought two more cars from Audi Atlanta and feel like I'm just another browser off the street. I had a similar experience when I purchased my 2016 Boxster GTS. if we're going g to get to an agreeable deal in the end, why try to take advantage of a loyal repeat customer?

I've been extremely disappointed in the customer service at Audi Atlanta. After I purchased our vehicle we noticed some damage to car that was colored in with permanent marker. We attempted to report this to salesman who refused to return our phone calls. Additionally, I asked the salesman to go over the final price of the car with me because the numbers didn't add up. I had the friends and family discount and some other rebates which were not applied. Like I told him via email, the extra rebates may not have been available but I was hoping someone could explain it to me. Also, my wife attempted to get support from the tech guy who ignored her phone calls and never called back. Very disappointed in what I though was a high end car dealer.

Service advisor was great. Only complaint is that the service interval indicator wasn't reset - I had to look up online how to do it myself.
