There was a major issue with my car and the cost of repair was significant. Audi recognized that my certified pre owned recently expired, so they arranged to cover the entire cost.

Excellent service with Chris! I have no complaints!

Took my car to a local auto service center for full diagnostics. They stated there was nothing wrong with the car. Audi service stated I needed to replace my water pump but everything was fine because the local auto shop took my car apart and we all checked for the water pump. He even stated that the dealership did not seem like they even checked because the bottom of the car had a bunch of pine needles and leaves on the cover. I'm disappointed that I wasted majority of my time for a false diagnostic.

Overall I am always pleased by the Excellent service I receive from Chris, Heidi, Jerry and staff, and how quick I receive my car back when I expect it to be there longer. You should take your service department and bottle it up and sell to other Dealerships on how a customer should be treated. Trying to decided what car will be next! to add to the family.
