My car was ready on time, and it was washed which I didn't expect. The shuttle to work was great.

I enjoy the efficiency and courtesy, the nice clean waiting room and great coffee! I would only suggest that the folks at the service counter spend a little more time reviewing what services were provided, maybe letting us know when the next service should be expected, etc.

I had my 55K service on my 2017 A7. Service was good. Seemed to be a little issue with contacting me when the car was ready. We called a few times and no one could tell us anything. Finally got a call back late in the day to say they had forgotten to call. No problem - we picked up the car the next day.

Sales person was excellent. My second Audi purchase in 6 months from the same sales person Michael. Great service!
