Service was the BEST

The repairs were not completed the same day as promised. After not hearing from the Service Advisor, I called him to find out the bad news. I'm pretty sure the Multi Point Inspection was not completed since the Service Due light is on. When I picked up my Q5 the next day, the Cashier was eating her lunch. After taking a bite of her Sandwich, she spoke to me with her mouth full. Very disgusting and not very professional.
