Your dealership had a 2015 Q5 TDI that I was interested in. After much looking and finding other similar cars out of town, I decided to buy local. I stopped by the dealership to look at the vehicle in person. At that time I noticed quite a few blemishes. I spoke with Quintin on 2-11-17 and noted the many painted areas that needed attention. Quintin ensured me that all damage that I noted would be repaired. Acting in good faith and taking Quintin at his word, I submitted a one-thousand dollar deposit on the vehicle on 2-14-2017. On 2-18-17 I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Much to my dismay, all of the damaged paint was not repaired. I pointed this out to Quintin and was told that the damage ‘could not be fixed’, and later, Quintin minimalized my problem by Quintin exclaiming ‘I was focusing on one problem’, and, ‘The damage really is not that bad’. I found this to be quite unprofessional, what ever happened to making customers happy? In addition to this run around by Quintin, I also noticed that the car had been shoddily detailed. Wax was caked in spots all over the car. I think it is safe to assume they simply tried to throw some wax on to hide the fact all of the problems we discussed were not repaired as discussed. After all of the above, I still decided to purchase the car. I was not assisted with any of the operations of the vehicle. No quick orientation regarding the features or how to operate them (an example is the stop/start feature). In summary, this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I truly regret buying the car after being treated so poorly by the sales manager, Quintin Jagor. Being lied-to ensures that I will not be a repeat customer, nor will my friends or family.
